The courses and anything published on the website https://ed-eu.com belong to EdEU KG. The courses are delivered by various trainers that adhere to common quality standards. Payments for the courses are made directly to EdEU.

Data Sharing and Privacy
Who Do We Share Your Data With
We prioritize the protection and privacy of your data, which will be shared only with necessary third parties as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We will share your data when you:
- Enroll through our website
- Apply for a job
- Send us an email
- Register for the EdEU newsletter
The EdEU newsletter is managed and is the property of EdEU KG.
By providing your data, you consent to its processing for the intended purposes.
Affiliated course providers will not present you with additional privacy policies or terms and conditions.
Service Details
Course Format
Most courses take place Monday to Friday, with cultural activities on Monday and/or Saturday. Lessons are scheduled in the morning or afternoon at EdEU’s discretion. The schedule may vary depending on participant requests and trainer availability.
To request specific topics, notify us at least 4 weeks in advance. The final schedule will be sent 2 weeks before the course.
Certificates
Participants attending at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
To obtain a Europass Mobility Certificate, notify us 10 days prior to the course start.
If a course does not meet minimum participant numbers, EdEU reserves the right to adjust the course structure.
Cultural Activities
Book your flights accordingly to not miss the full Saturday tour. Participation in tours implies the participant is fit. If there are health concerns, you may be asked not to join for safety reasons.
Attendance Etiquette
- Partners or children are not allowed in lessons.
- Minors must be supervised at all times.
- Courses are for adults; any extra adult must pay the standard fee.
- Health and safety measures may be applied as needed.
- Inappropriate language/behavior will not be tolerated; repeated offenses may lead to dismissal and notification of the participant’s superiors.
Special Course Venues
Courses in Hittisau include a special package with pre-arranged accommodation. The accommodation cost is handled directly with the bed & breakfast, not with EdEU. A reduced price is arranged for participants.
Trainer Absence Due to Illness
Response to Illness
Trainers must inform EdEU with medical documentation. Course continuity depends on content and location.
General Courses
- Another qualified trainer may step in.
- Schedules may shift (e.g., morning to afternoon).
Specialized Courses
- If no equivalent trainer is available, options may include:
- Online tutoring
- Adjusted schedule
- Extended hours later in the week
EdEU will notify participants of changes and ensure minimal disruption.
Signing Up
Enrollment is valid only after receiving a Registration Confirmation Document from EdEU. Without it, the participant is not considered enrolled.
Language Level (Excluding Language Courses)
Most participants are not native English speakers. Language levels vary.
CEFR levels are recommended for best experience.
If language improvement is your goal, consider an English or German language course.
Payment
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made by bank transfer.
- Payment details are included in the Confirmation Document.
- A 40% deposit is required after booking.
- Remaining balance is due 15 days before the course.
- Late registration (<15 days): full payment due immediately.
If an extension is needed, notify EdEU. Lack of communication may result in cancellation.
Discounts
- Early bird: €25 off for bookings 6+ months in advance
- Referral: €25 off for both if the recommended person enrolls. (Not valid if the referral cancels)
Enrollment Fee
No enrollment fee is required.
Cancellations
Participant-Initiated
Options before canceling:
- Re-schedule to another course within 12 months
- Transfer booking to a colleague
Cancellations by email only
- ≥4 weeks before course: 30% retained
- <4 weeks before course: full amount retained
- Visa denial ≥4 weeks: Refund minus €150 admin fee
- Visa denial <4 weeks: No refund
No refunds for personal absences, early departures, or late arrivals.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Course Modification
Requests to change course/location/date must be emailed to office@ed-eu.com. Approval is at EdEU’s discretion.
Refund Policies
A refund request form may be required from the sending institution.
Complaints and Feedback
Complaints can be sent to the trainer or office@ed-eu.com.
They will be evaluated and addressed where possible.
Suggestions can also be shared in the end-of-course feedback form.
Insurance
Participants are responsible for damages. EdEU is not liable for personal belongings.
We recommend:
- Third-party liability insurance
- Travel health insurance
- Cancellation insurance
Acceptance of Regulation
By enrolling, participants accept all EdEU conditions and the Privacy Policy.
If registering on behalf of others, it is assumed that:
- Authorization has been granted
- Participants are aware and agree to this arrangement
