Course Overview
Die Weltgesellschaft steht vor immer komplexeren Aufgaben, die alle Lebensbereiche betreffen. Armut und Ungleichheit, Umweltprobleme, humanitäre Krisen, Kriege, Terrorismus, Fremdenhass und soziale Ungerechtigkeit ziehen Konsequenzen nach sich, die sich letztlich auf jedes Individuum auswirken.
Eine wesentliche Aufgabe von Bildung besteht heute darin,(junge) Menschen zu befähigen, globale Themen in ihrer Komplexität zu verstehen und kritisch zu reflektieren. Dabei gilt es, ökonomische, soziale, politische, ökologische und kulturelle Entwicklungen als Prozesse wahrzunehmen, die Möglichkeiten zur eigenen Teilhabe und Mitgestaltung in der Weltgesellschaft bieten.
In diesem Kurs werden die Teilnehmer:innen Bildungskonzepte erstellen, die sie befähigen Ihre Schüler:innen auf die globalen Herausforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts vorzubereiten.
