Through interactive sessions and real-life scenarios, you'll learn to recognize, assess and effectively respond to various social situations that may arise in educational environments.

Moreover, this course equips you with essential self-defense techniques tailored to the specific needs and constraints of educators and students. Learn practical, hands-on methods for protecting yourself and others, including simple yet effective physical techniques and situational awareness training.

Gather ideas on how you can playfully use games to promote a sense of community in your class, strengthen the cohesion of the respective group/class and prevent discrimination in the classroom.

Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge to stay safe and secure in an increasingly interconnected world for a peaceful, respectful coexistence of different cultures in your region, in the EU and worldwide.

The Self Defense, Violence & Bullying Prevention course is aimed at teachers and school staff of all levels, from pre-school, primary, secondary, vocational, special needs and adult education as well as staff of non-government organizations, government and policy makers and company staff.

The main training sessions, including instruction and practice, will run from Monday to Friday. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to present their own schools and Erasmus projects to the group at the beginning of the week. Following these presentations, they will collaborate on setting up future eTwinning projects or even job shadowing opportunities.
